When a junior moves to the u14 age group and above or a senior player joins the club, they must be registered on the England Hockey Game Management System (GMS) in order to play. This system is used nationally to record the outcome of fixtures, goal scorers, cards etc. Players cannot play in junior competitions from u14 upwards or any senior fixtures without being registered. GMS registration follows the player throughout their hockey career - players must not create new accounts if they join a new club, they simply request a transfer when they join a new club.
Parents/guardians of juniors must apply as a parent first (if you don't already have an account) and be approved by the club. Once approved, they can then add their child to their profile as a dependent.
