Format 5 team League
1. Games to start every 18 minutes. Games to be one way of 14 minutes
duration.
2. Teams must be on pitch ready to start. 3. First named team to provide
the ball
4. Second named team to change shirts if necessary. 5. Neutral Umpiring.
6.No short/penalty corners. Free hit 2 metres outside shooting D to be
awarded. 7. Teams of 6 a side with no goalkeeper 8. Top two teams promoted
' bottom two teams demoted.
Results to be recorded, entered on the YHA Website using the self recording
system in the recommended manner.
Failure to record results on the website by the following Wednesday may
result 0-0 draws being recorded. 24th July 2007
