REMINDER
The 2009/10 season annual subscriptions are due by 30 November 2009, unless paid for by standing order.
For Youth Section Fees, please contact the Youth Section directly.
Payments after this date will be subjected to a £10 late payment charge. The rates are as follows:

You can pay by the following methods:
Cash/Cheque - Please make cheques payable to, ‘The City of York Hockey Club’ and send to Membership Secretary, Sarah Jacques (details below).
Bank Transfer - Direct bank transfer into the Club’s account is available. The City of York Hockey Club account details are: Sort Code: 20-99-56; Account Number: 20199478. Please include your full name if given an option to add a reference so that we can identify the payment easily.
Annual Subscriptions by Standing Order:
As in previous seasons it is also possible to pay annual subscriptions by standing order. For the 2009-10 season subscriptions paid by standing order will be taken in five equal instalments. These instalments will be payable on the 1st November & 1st December 2009 and 1st January, 1st February and 1st March 2010, and the rates are as follows:

If you wish to take advantage of this scheme, please speak to your bank or set up an online banking standing order. It is important that you also inform the Membership Secretary, Sarah Jacques of your intention to pay by standing order so the payments can be confirmed.
Senior Club Family Membership:
For families with 3 or more members playing for the Senior teams in the Club, Senior Club Family Membership annual subscriptions are also now due. This amount is calculated by paying for the two most expensive subscriptions only. Example: A family of 3 senior players (2 adults plus 1 student/junior) = £105 x 2 = £210; A family of 1 Senior 2 or more students/junior players, the fee would be £105 £35 = £140.00; A family that consists of 3 or more Senior players as Student/Unemployed/Mixed/ Junior (Under 18) would therefore pay 2 x £35.00 = £70.00. The correct amount can be paid by cash/cheque/bank transfer, or by standing order (5 equal instalments as per the dates listed above). Please contact the Membership Secretary (Sarah Jacques) and include the names of ALL members and teams when paying.
