Energise is located on the west side of the city, only a few minutes from the A64 and A1237 outer ring road.
By car – follow the brown signs from the A1237 Moor Lane roundabout or A1036 Tadcaster Road .
From the A64, take the Copmanthorpe (A1237) exit. Follow the A1237 north -signposted Thirsk, Harrogate, York (North), then follow the brown leisure centre / sports centre signs down Askham Lane and Cornlands Road to Energise.
Energise is near the bottom end of Cornlands Road on the right, just before the doctor’s surgery.

From A59: Turn right onto A1237 (Leeds). Straight on this road across next roundabout. Left at next roundabout onto A64 (Scarborough/Hull). Continue on A64 approx. 5 miles. Left onto A1079 (York/Hull/University). Left at roundabout. Continue to next roundabout, turn left (University/Heslington/Fulford) and continue on this road. University sports centre is approx. 1 mile on right.
